The Day-1 Audit: the 20 questions that start a comeback
Before you change anything, you need one honest page about where you actually are.
The 90-day comeback journal for men in a hard season — written by one of them, and filmed while it’s built. One honest page a day.
Clear mind. Elevated game. Meaningful life.
Start Your Comeback Our story →Every hand can be replayed. The journal walks you through three 30-day phases — the same arc as the name on the cover.
Clear the table. Daily prompts to face where you actually are — habits, finances, relationships — without the noise.
Build the routine. Morning intentions, evening reviews, weekly scorecards. Small disciplined bets, compounding daily.
Play the long game. Set the 12-month vision and lock in the systems that survive bad days.
Premium matte hardcover. Blind-debossed suits. Raised foil lettering. Built to be carried, not shelved.
One habit per card, one card per week. Spades sharpen your mind ♠, hearts rebuild your relationships ♥, diamonds grow your wealth ♦, clubs train your body ♣. Draw your hand every Sunday — the deck decides, you deliver.

Tell me when it existsMost journals get bought in January and abandoned by February — not because the writing was wrong, but because nothing carried the week for you. This is the part being built to fix that, and it is being built in the open like everything else here.
Straight up: the app is not finished, it is not included in the price of a journal, and there is no date on it. It is a prototype being built on camera. The book works on its own — it always did, and it always will.
Ninety days documented — the printing, the numbers, the parts that go wrong. Filming has not started. When there are clips, they go here.
No customer reviews yet. Nothing has shipped, so there is nothing honest to quote. When the founding run lands, real words from real men go here — with their names, or not at all.
The proof is the build. Ninety days of it, filmed daily — the printer quotes, the costs, the mistakes. You can watch the thing get made before you decide whether to buy it.
One honest price. No fake discounts, no countdown timers, no "was $79". The price is the price, and it will not be pretend-slashed next week.
There are a lot of men’s journals, and most of them are sold by a brand with no name attached and no face on camera. Four things separate this one. You can check every one of them before you spend a dollar.
The Table is the plan for a private group of men running the same 90 days — weekly check-ins, wins shared, no lurkers, no lectures. It does not exist yet, and it will not open until it can be run properly.
What The Table will beSeven days, one page a day, about fifteen minutes each. Something written, something read, one move made, and the proof you made it. It is finished and it is free.
One system, built out. None of it is manufactured yet — this is what is being made.
The 90-day comeback system for men. Three guided phases — Reset, Rise, Rebuild — one honest page a day. Undated, so your Day 1 is whenever you decide it is.
Undated. Your comeback starts when you say it does — miss a day and nothing is wasted.
Perfect. Every page is guided — prompts, checkboxes and scorecards. You never face a blank page.
Nothing yet, because nothing is for sale. When there is a price it will be stated plainly in one place and it will not be pretend-discounted.
A planned private group for men running the same 90 days. It has not opened yet.
Because a comeback is a decision you make deliberately, the way you decide how to play a hand. The four suits mark the four areas the journal works on — mind ♠, heart ♥, wealth ♦, body ♣.
RRR isn't a guru. It's a hand you decide to play.
Reset Rise Rebuild started on a beach at the bottom of a hard season.
We believe a comeback isn't a single decision — it's ninety small ones in a row. That's why the journal is built the way it is: one page a day, three phases, no skipping to the good part. Reset before you rise. Rise before you rebuild.
And we believe no man should run it alone. Every journal comes with a seat at The Table — a community of men at different points of the same road, keeping each other honest.
A private community of men running the same 90 days. You don't buy a membership — you earn a seat with a journal.
Every Sunday the table goes around: what you said you'd do, what you did, what's on the cards this week. No lurkers, no lectures.
Share the day-30 audits and the day-90 rebuilds. Watching another man finish his hand is the best fuel for yours.
Weekly insight from the RRR playbook — one idea, one action, straight to the table. Nothing to scroll, everything to use.
Short, useful reads. One idea per post, one action at the end. Not written yet — these are the first six.
Before you change anything, you need one honest page about where you actually are.
A weekly reset ritual that takes 20 minutes and saves the whole week.
The reasoning and the street-sense behind the length of one full hand. Ninety days is not a scientific number and this post says so.
The slowest suit to recover, and the one that matters most.
Why the men who finish aren't the most motivated — just the most consistent.
Nothing's wrong. Nothing's right either. What to do when life is beige.

Most journals give you blank pages. This one gives you a system: three 30-day phases that reset your awareness, build your routine, and lock in the rebuild. It's a mentor in matte black.
Phase One: the Reset audit and goal-setting. Phase Two: 60 days of daily pages — morning intention, evening review, weekly scorecard. Phase Three: the 12-month vision and systems pages. Plus 90 quotes, one per day.
Undated. Start any day. Miss a day and pick it straight back up — no wasted pages.
Men mid-comeback: after a divorce, a business loss, a health scare, or just a long stretch of coasting. If you're rebuilding anything, this was built for you.
It's coming. A sister journal with its own story and voice is in development. Join the email list to hear first.
Every journal includes the digital Reset Guide and lifetime access to The Table community. The Founder's Edition adds the pen and the 52-card habit deck.
Being built, not finished. It is a prototype right now and it is not included in the price of a journal. When it works, it will do one thing no other journal app does: photograph the page you wrote by hand and file it to the right day of this book, then read your week back to you on Sunday. Until then, the book works entirely on its own — it was designed to.
